As Survey + Geospatial Practice Lead, Mr. Groesser leads the efforts in identifying opportunities for expanding our survey services. He provides technical oversight of the practice to include quality assurance and quality control of procedures and work product. Donald promotes and monitors field and office procedures to ensure a high level of consistent work product and service quality across the practice. He also promotes and monitors a comprehensive safety program for the practice.
