ordinance, land use control—An ordinance which combines into one law zoning regulations, subdivision regulations, and possibly other land-use controls.

ordinance, planned community development—Ordinance providing for, and regulating development within, a planned community (or unit) development area.

ordinance, subdivision—See subdivision regulations.

ordinance, zoning—Local ordinance which defines the regulation of land use through zoning.  See also map, zoning; zoning.
